APPLICATION DESCRIPTION:

Developed for bonding urethane foam as well as many polyethylene foams and closed cell sponge. The heavy coating weight for laminating makes the product ideal for open cell foams. The polyester carrier offers dimensional stability for die cut parts. Constructed with aggressive permanent adhesives both liner and airsides. Specially formulated laminating adhesive with a general purpose application adhesive. The airside adhesive is engineered for good cold flow lamination to multiple urethane foam formulations.

APPLICATION NOTES:

Surfaces to be bonded to should be dry, clean and free from oil and grease.
