Custom Converted Gray Double-Sided AR-7 Foam Automotive Tape AFT 5356

3M™ AFT 5356 is thicker than other acrylic foam tapes and is used where there is greater mismatch between the trim part and the sheet metal of the vehicle. Typical applications for 3M™ AFT 5356 include attachment of body side moldings, claddings, roof ditch moldings, wheel flares, and tailgate appliques. The acrylic foam core has unique viscoelastic properties that allow it to elongate and relax when put under load, thereby minimizing stress on the adhesive bond line. 3M™ AFT 5356 has AR-7 adhesive on both sides of the product for a high level of adhesion to both the automotive paint and the exterior trim part.
