Double-Sided Acrylic Transfer Tape. High-performance acrylic transfer adhesive specifically designed to provide excellent adhesion and long term aging on a wide variety of urethane foams. This 5 mil unsupported pressure-sensitive adhesive film exhibits high peel strength, high shear, and high heat resistance. Primarily used for product assembly and lamination to foam for gasketing and sound control. Custom slit to width.

APPLICATION DESCRIPTION:

Assembly aid, splicing, foam fabrication, EPDM lamination. Ultra high anchorage to a variety of urethane foams. Good adhesion to many metals and plastics. Performs well over a wide variety temperature range. Extremely high tack, quick stick, and peel strength. Excellent humidity and water resistance. Good chemical resistance.

APPLICATION NOTES:

Surfaces to be bonded to should be dry, clean and free from oil and grease.
